We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual, someone who’s naturally curious and eager to dive into projects right from their inception.”
What we’re looking for in you:
• The ability to actively shape and bring to life each musical project.
• Proficiency in managing relationships, both within our company and with external partners.
• The knack for guiding artists and helping them achieve their goals.
• A keen eye for tracking a song’s evolution from its initial guitar strum to its final masterpiece.
• A talent for maintaining an organized schedule of studio sessions.
• The skill to pair producers with songwriters to craft the perfect tunes for our talented artists.
• A passion for curating and cataloging our exceptional musical repertoire.
The ideal candidate:
• Boasts at least 1 year of project management experience. (If you’ve dipped your toes in the industry before or have a background in marketing and communication, that’s a definite plus!)
• Masters the art of multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines with finesse.
• Pays meticulous attention to detail and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Stays ahead of the curve with the latest trends in the music industry.
• Dreams of a career in the heart of the music scene.
• Converses fluently in English.
